This Privacy Policy of Guesttrack Software Corporation (“Guesttrack”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) applies to your use of our services (“Services”) on our websites, mobile applications, and other property on which a link to this Policy is provided (the “Sites”), and informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of information when you use our Services. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

We use your Personal Information for providing and improving the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions.

Information Collection And Use

Only persons age 18 or older have permission to access our Service. Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13 (“Children”). This Privacy Policy is effective as of OCtober 31, 2015 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.
